Paul R. Gupta, Ph.D., has bee president and director of the Hindustan Bible Institute (HBI) and College in Chennai, India, since 1984 and he also pastors New Calvary Bible Church. He founded the Indian National Evangelical Fellowship in 1985, and has led a number of All-India Congresses on Church Development.
